Billing
You can pay for the goods in the online store using the most popular electronic banking systems: Paysera, Swedbank, SEB, DNB, Nordea, Danske, Citadele bankas, Šiaulių bankas, Medicinos bankas.
Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered to all Lithuanian cities using the services of a courier company and post offices.
Delivery terms
If the product is in stock, if ordered and paid before 12.00 – delivery would be on the next working day; when ordering after 12.00 – within 1-2 working days.
Delivery rates
Delivery rates depend on the total weight of the order and are calculated for each order separately.
If the order amount is over € 50, delivery throughout Lithuania (except Neringa) is free.
An additional tax of € 21 with VAT is applied for sending goods to Neringa.
Returns, guarantees
Returning the goods
You can return the product within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:
• if you did not receive what you ordered;
• if you have received a defective product;
• in other cases provided by law.
Return of items is based on 2001. June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”.
The returned item must be fully completed without visible signs of use of the item. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item upon return. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, We or Our representative will not accept the item for return.
Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period (from 6 months to 36 months and more – each manufacturer specifies this separately).
If the product fails during the warranty period due to factory defects, warranty repairs are performed free of charge.
The warranty repair or replacement period can last up to 30.d.
